Footers and Concrete Forms Underway

Seeing the footprint of the house for the first time

In August of 2023, I was able to swing by the property after a camping trip with my son and father to check out the progress. At this point, the foundation footers were dug and the concrete forms were partially in place for pouring the basement walls.

The forms began to give a sense of how high the walled basement will be. It was fun to see things coming along.

This was my mom's first trip to the property and she enjoyed seeing the project.
