Finalizing the Construction Contract

In March, I traveled back to the site to meet with the builder, stake out the four corners of the property and finalize the house plans. This entailed making lots of decisions on everything from flooring selections to windows and paint colors.

Surveying some of the many trees that will have to be removed for the project to continue.

The builder estimates that 20 trees will have to be removed before the grading can begin.
